KTL Marine Services provides a full testing, inspection and certification service for heavy lift slings, shackles and grommets in accordance with standards and guidance like LOLER, ASME B30.9. BSEN 13414-3, RR C 271D, IMCA M179, DNVGL ST-N001, API and as per client specified parameters.
Our Inspectors are well trained and gained competency in accessing integrity, testing and recertification of various Heavy lift slings, Grommets and shackles such as:
- Cable Laid Sling
– Hand Spliced Eyes
– Flemish Eye Resin filled Sleeve Termination (FERFS) / Resin Socketed eye termination - Cable Laid Grommets
- Single Laid Ropes and Slings
- Mast Raising lines
- Multi-part Braided Slings
- Multi-part Braided grommet
We also offer cleaning, maintenance, Lubrication, Load testing and certification of Heavy Lift steel wire rope slings upto capacity of 1500Te.
